The W Academy Director/ UEFA Licensed Coach
Kyle is our head coach along with his brother Ryan. He has playing experience in Scotland and England. Playing for clubs such as Stockport County FC, Hamilton Accies FC, Greenock Morton FC and Livingston. Kyle has also represented Scotland at U19 level.
Wilkie is a Uefa licensed coach who has coached in the UK and also in the USA for the past 10 years. He has had success helping young players achieve their goals and helping them gain professional and pro youth youth contracts.
The W Academy Director/ Qualified Physiotherapist/UEFA Licensed Coach
Ryan is an ex professional footballer who started his career at Celtic FC. Liverpool bought him for an undisclosed fee at the age of just 16. A very quick tricky winger who was highly rated. His career came to an end after suffering numerous ACL ruptures.
He is currently the first team physio for St Mirren. He has plenty of coaching experience previously coaching for Celtics youth development.
His expericence of highs and lows will help vastly with our young athletes.

Ex Profession Footballer/ UEFA Licensed Coach
Simon is a German-born English ex professional footballer. During his playing career he played for 10 different clubs including spells with St Johnstone, Motherwell and also played for the Atlanta Silverbacks in America. He is also a UEFA qualified coach.
Mensing is a great motivator and has lots of experience coaching in the UK and in the USA. He has gained great knowledge during his 15 year career and is now educating players across Scotland.
Mikey is a Scottish Professional Footballer who currently plays for Aberdeen FC. He has previously played for Hamilton Accies and has been capped for Scotland's senior national team.
Devlin has had plenty of setbacks including rejection and serious injuries. His experience and mentality will be a great example for any young athlete to follow.
UEFA Licensed Coach
Jonathon is a highly experienced UEFA licensed coach. He is a great motivator and gets the best out of his players. He started off as an academy coach for Celtic FC and moved out to USA to help develop players for Florida Celtic SC.
Jonathon is very passionate about helping develop players. He has already helped numerous aspiring footballers gain professional contracts and scholarships out in the USA.
Clyde FC/ Qualiified Personal Trainer
Tony has been a professional Footballer for more than 10 years. He then ventured into the fitness industry after recovering from his own acl reconstruction.
After working with physios, strength and conditioning coaches he found a passion for fitness and helping athletes. During this time he realised how important the work you done away from football helped improve injury prevention and boost performance.
Having gained his personal training diploma he went on to a qualification in strength and conditioning. He worked with various coaches from different backgrounds to find out the best way to train and play at the same time.
Dumbarton FC/Player Liason
Robert has been a Professional Footballer for four years in the SPFL for clubs such as East Fife FC, Albion Rovers FC, Stranraer FC and Dumbarton FC. He Previously studied Business & Economics in Wisconsin, USA on a scholarship.
He graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in Law(LLB).
He brings a wealth of experience, in studying and playing both abroad and in Scotland; Useful for aspiring players to look at all options when considering studying whilst continuing their playing career.
Master of Research (MRes), BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science and Sports Massage Therapist.
Junior Mendes is an English born Montserration ex professional footballer. He started his career with English Premiership side Chelsea and had spells with St Mirren and Huddersfield. He is currently a sports scientist for St Mirren.
He has gained vast experience during his elite playing career that can help our young athletes today.
Stirling Albion FC/ Qualified Personal Trainer
Darryl Duffy is a Scottish born professional footballer. He has played for 15 clubs across different countries around the world. Including Rangers FC, Swansea FC and GOA FC.
At 36 years of age Duffy still plays professional football and is a personal trainer.
He is a great motivator and a great example to all players that want to play professional football for a long time.
